Learning Outcomes
To acquire relevant and up-to-date scientific and technical knowledge to tailor practices to chronic non-cancer patient care, in harmony with the philosophy and principles of Palliative Care.
To recognize the symptomatic complexity and the difficulties of establishing prognostics in non-cancerous disease.
To recognize the applicability of the methodology used in palliative care practice in chronic non-oncological disease.
Be able to recognize a patient in agony and know how to redefine therapeutic goals.
