Teaching Methods

Content development will include both theoretical, empirical and practica approaches. Lectures will be complemented with student work (observation, research and essays). Practical strategies will include case study, problem solving and competencies development. Portefolios, group dynamics, simulation and video strategies will enhance skills development.

Understanding the dynamics of contemporary education and its relation with processes of personal and professional development

Identify and develop skills associated with personal and professional development processes, at the cognitive, inter and intrapersonal levels

Mobilizing knowledge and skills in the elaboration of personal and  professional development activities and projects, with an auto and heteroeducation approaches.
