Teaching Methods
Classes are taught in a communicative and collaborative context, using multimedia materials, and involving interaction among class participants.
The final exam (90 minutes), takes place in the last class and includes reading, listening, writing and grammar questions.
Learning Outcomes
This course prepares students to reach level A1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Thus, at the end of the course they will be able to
– understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of concrete needs;
– introduce themselves and others and ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people they know and things they have;
– interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
