The aim of this course is to develop skills of analysis, synthesis and critical thinking using as background themes recent concepts in Ecology.

In the introduction to recent concepts in ecology students will have direct access to information sources (original articles) followed by discussions of concepts, relevance and its contribution to the advancement of science.
Given the nature of discplina the subjects listed will necessarily vary from year to year due to recent publications and emfunção themes selected by guest teachers to teach the subject.
