Lectures on the theoretical topics with resolution of practical examples and analysis of pertinent court decisions

Students are expected to learn about, and problematize, the theoretical and practical (court decisions) subjects relating to extravagant criminal law, such as tax crime law, company crime law, consumer criminal law
