Constitutional Law I is an optional curricular unit, which integrates the Master's Degree Program in Legal and Forensic Sciences. At the end of the CU the student should be able to identify new concepts of the world of law in the context of the crisis of the State, namely the concepts of Constitution and State, as well as those of citizenship and nationality.
