Learning Outcomes

The topics addressed in this curricular unit are designed to provide the students with a basic frame of essential juridic concepts with relevance to economic activity.

The knowledge acquired in the areas of economic regulation and competition will enable students to exercise high-level legal functions in sectors of the economy that are subject to more intense regulatory activity (banking, insurance, telecommunications, infrastructure, etc.).
