Teaching Methods
The teacher will give lectures about the subjects which students will then be invited to discuss. Some previous preparation will be required from the students, based on texts and materials placed at their disposal.
Learning Outcomes
Students should acquire a comprehensive view of insolvency procedure and its substantive issues, thus becoming able to place and solve any given practical question as well as to conveniently understand legal commands. Students should also be familiarized with the main strategies to rescue companies in distress
