Teaching Methods

The learning methodology of this curricular unit is based on oriented tutorials and seminars. The student has to develop a research on the topics of this course and then discuss with the students all the acquired knowledge.

Learning Outcomes

The goal of this curricular unity is to introduce the student in the issues of maintenance and fault diagnosis of electromechatronic systems. At the end of this curricular unity the student has knowledge that allows him to identify the components of the electric motors and power electronic converters with higher probability of failure and select the most appropriate methods for their diagnosis.
