Recommended Prerequisites
The pre-requisites of this course are those corresponding to the application for the MSc course CMM.
Teaching Methods
Classes run under T and P. In the first classes are presented the concepts and technologies associated with the concepts. In subsequent lessons are detailed aspects of technology and application exercises performed in class or lab.Stud participate actively in the process of formation, being asked to present solutions to the problems posed. They are also asked to present and analyze the problems of its industrial enterprises.Occasionally students are invited to attend lectures by visiting specialists.Tutorial lessons (22.5h) will be to answer questions
Learning Outcomes
The aim of this course is to provide students with the theoretical basis for the safety of steel structures and composite steel and concrete structures in fire, practical exercises in accordance with the Eurocodes 1, 3 and 4, Part 1-2.
Acquiring capabilities in synthesis and analysis, oral and written communication, problems solving, critic reflection, autonomous learning and practical application of theoretical knowledge.
