Teaching Methods
This curricular unit follows a seminar model. The learning process will be both theoretical and practical, with the presentation of contents and problems by the responsible professors being complemented by the active participation of students, who will be asked to perform exercices according to the specific requirements of their projects.
Learning Outcomes
1. Acquirement of advanced research skills in History of Art, with the aknowledgement of its main theoretical and methodological framework.
2. Development of an autonomous approach to the research process.
3. Increment of a critical attitude towards the bibliography related to the thematic universe of the student's specific subject.
4. Understanding and awareness of the broad universe of art, from the development of student's specific projects.
5. Development of the necessary skills to conceive and implement a relevant research project in the scientific field of History of Art, acording to quality standards and academic integrity.
6. Ability to communicate with an academic audience and general society about their specific scientific areas.
