N/A – the course is an introduction to innovation and change management. Therefore, there are no specialized technical prerequesites.

Teaching Methods

Each class combines oral presentation with learn-by-doing approaches, case-study analysis and practical exercises (mainly group work). 

Learning Outcomes

The course introduces master students to innovation and change management with application to transportation systems. By the end of the course students are expected to have acquired the ability to i) analyze emerging trends and innovation in the transportation sector through the integration of technical, societal and business lenses; ii) identify and shape transport innovation opportunities; iii) to lead and manage innovation and change within companies/organizations.
