Theoretical-practical classes during the semester concerning the principles and applications of the methods and techniques used in Citology and Physiology.
Learning Outcomes
The aim is to provide students with: i) a consistent and actualized knowledge of the methods and techniques used in Citology and Physiology, ii) their fundamental principles and practical applications.

3) Transmission and Scanning Electron Microscopes: principles and visite to the Laboratory of Electron Microscopy. Interpretation de Micrographs.
4) Techniques of praparation of the cells and tissues for Optical and Electron Microscopy - the Histological Technique.
5) Citochemistry.
6) Histoenzimology.
7) Chromatography.
8) In vitro cultures.
