Advanced Laboratory or Field Techniques in Biosciences II

Recommended Prerequisites

Teaching Methods

Different teaching methodologies regarding the aquisition of practical tools should be explored including not only the performance of laboratory work, but also  the aquisition of skills to develop experimental protocols, oral presnetation of results and group discussions.

Learning Outcomes

This course unit corresponds to the frequency of internships inside or outside the UC aiming at the acquisition of laboratory or field skills necessary for student’s PhD project (defined together with the supervisor and the tutorial commiittee). These internships aim at the in-depth learning of current relevant methodologies in the area of specialization where the student is developing his thesis or in complementary areas.
