Learning Outcomes

This course is designed for the community at large and for university students in general with an interest in healthcare addressed in easy, natural and practical ways. It aims at introducing, demonstrating and training some simple convenient and effective methods from traditional Chinese medicine for strengthening one's body and physique so as to boost people’s body resistance and relieve or ward off health problems. Learners will also acquire a general understanding of  traditional culture of China’s traditional culture. Learners will get familiar with some core concepts of Chinese medicine, and comprehend some thinking modes, values and aesthetic appeals of Chinese medicine for preventing and treating diseases.
