Teaching Methods

The pedagogical strategy consists essentially in the presentation and discussion of a set of development topics of the syllabus, encouraging the participation of students and giving them some margin of choice for individual contributions. The pedagogical work unfolds from a previously agreed plan so that the discussion of those topics is as close as possible to the scientific and professional interests of students and their dissertation project and / or report project. 

Learning Outcomes

Knowing, understanding and interpreting governance and the policies of regional planning.

Study and analyze the changes in the transformation of the territory and the adequacy of the planning systems of public policy and governance.

Critically analyze the major political, economic and administrative obstacles to the implementation of public policy programs.

Critical perception of the dynamics of urban development and definition of assessment methodologies of plans and urban policies.
