2. Scope, Object and Standards of Constitutionality Review
3. Moments, Modalities and Procedural Routes for the Constitutional Review of Legal Norms
4. Content, legal bindingness and temporal validity of the Constitutional Court’s decisions.
5. Analysis of selected decisions relating to the fundamental principles of the Constitution, fundamental rights, structure of the political power, normative acts.
