Teaching Methods
The programmatic structure of the discipline aims to provide an overview of cross-cutting aspects to the Portuguese and Brazilian public law, highlighting the points of contact and of clearance between both frameworks, and performing analysis of emblematic cases of jurisprudence.
Learning Outcomes
- A good grasp of the law matrices which Portuguese Law and Brazilian Law have in common
- Comparative knowledge of the sources of Law, the doctrinal trends and the transformations undergone in both legal systems by their legal and public institutions
- Case resolution, drawing upon Portuguese Law and Brazilian Law
