During this period the student will be considered a trainee of the group where he is included, receiving tutorial orientation and joining the daily activities.

Learning Outcomes

During this curricular unit, the student will be a part of a working group and will perform investigation or tecnicar work in Ecology (the student stay in the same group for the 2 semesters or change to a second group in the second semester -  Laboratorial and Field in Ecology II). The student should follow and perform laboratorial and/or field work, learning not only methodologies used by the grop, but aslso scientific questions related with the work. This experiment will be important in the planning of his own laboratorial/field work (Seminar I, Seminar II, Dissertation in Ecology, Project Management).
