Teaching Methods
Within the interdisciplinary context that presides over this course, the theoretical exhibition carried out in class and the resulting text comment will always be illustrated with examples in the field of painting or music, or film. The participation of students will be systematically requested either through their participation in class or with regard to the proposal for new working materials.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the semester students should be able to assess the evolution of the relationship between the arts and the concept of intermediality, to discuss issues concerning artistic (re)production and (re)mediation and identify and relate manifestations of literary and plastic movements. It is also expected that students develop imaginative, interpretative and argumentative skills.
