Teaching Methods

This unit comprises two distinct periods. Initially, it will result in a theoretical review of the subject under review. It follows a period of discussion and interaction between teachers and students, with the presentation of simulated cases and real.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Improve the interpretation of the organizations in the light of the conditions of Health Sciences;
  2. Present the basis of medical and medical-surgical practice;
  3. Present the assumptions governing health professionals activity in promoting it;
  4. Improve efficiency by reducing waste in all its forms;
  5. Develop a systematic analysis capacity within the different items of Management and Direction in Health.

  1. Hippocratic Oath;
  2. Fundamentals of Medical and Medical-Surgical (Anesthesia, Orthopedic, Emergency Services);
  3. The patient and his relationship with the health professional;
  4. Motivation, performance, quality and strategic management of medical science branches;
  5. Presentation of simulated and real situations.
