Teaching Methods

The teaching methodology includes the theoretical presentation of the concepts and the interactive contribution of students in the evaluation and analysis of real situations and preparation of simulated situations like application of acquired knowledge.

Learning Outcomes

1. Know the terminology and concepts in the quality of services;
2 .To know the methods of analysis;
3. Use quality as a competitive factor between services;
4. Acquire critical skills in assessing the quality of health, linking performance concepts and strategy;

Syllabus

1. Presentation of concepts and health quality principles;
2. Presentation of analysis methodology and quality assessment;
3. Presentation of the indicators and their interpretation , transverse and longitudinal , in achieving the strategic objectives and individual performance and organizations;
4. Creation of situations , both real and simulated , which exemplify the methodology presented with a view to recovery and quality certification for management excellence;
5. Quality as a requirement in the different processes that make up the provision made ​​, from a conceptual phase to the final service.
