Teaching Methods

This unit comprises two distinct periods. Initially, it will result in a theoretical review of the subject under review. It follows a period of discussion and interaction between teachers and students, with the presentation of simulated cases and real.

Learning Outcomes

In the field of Health Law:

1. To analyze the medical responsibility of the health care provider, individually and collectively, in the different aspects of the law.
2. Provide the conceptual development in the informed consent.
3. Provide an analysis of the legality of the provision of health care.

 

In this context, the student will be able to: a) understand the legal conditions governing the liability of suppliers and b) to recognize the legal constraints in particular situations such as confidentiality, organ transplants and Mental Health.

 

In the field of Ethics in Health:

1. Providing the exercise of an ethic of responsibility!
2. Know the assumptions of proper conduct undertaken by associations of stakeholders professionals in providing health care .
