Teaching Methods

This unit comprises two distinct periods. Initially, it will result in a theoretical review of the subject under review. It follows a period of discussion and interaction between teachers and students, with the presentation of simulated cases and real.

1. Identification and evaluation methodology of explanation and financial selection of the investment;

2. The evaluation of the investment:
                a. characterization of the assessment;
                b. assessment and selection;
                c. determination of cash flows of the investment;

3. Sources and financing;

4. Temporal investment adequacy: the cost of capital opportunity
                a. characterization of the required return models;
                b. concept and measurement of cost of capital;
                c. determination of taa update of cash flows;

5. Critical analysis in a simulated and real context.

The evaluation will be performed by an individual job (0 to 20 values) application of acquired knowledge in a health investment simulation: 100.0%
