Teaching Methods

Theoretical-practical classes, covering: 1) Presentation of content for each topic using audiovisual media; 2) Resolution of problems (case study) using practical application exercises.

Learning Outcomes

The aim is to teach students the fundamental concepts of Innovation and Change Management, their foundations, perspectives and theoretical models, as well as their determinants and consequences. This approach will be complemented by empirical work and case studies in the private and public sectors. The aim is for students to master the concepts, perspectives and theoretical approaches and to be able to identify and solve problems and/or direct change management practices in a real context, thereby enhancing their analytical and critical skills.
