Teaching Methods
Lectures and discussion classes focusing on the interactive discussion of different methods and instruments and their application, limitations and advantages in practice. In-class teamwork is thus a key component.
Learning Outcomes
From the point of view of content students should a) understand the various principles and instruments inherent in new trends of Law of Urban Planning and Environmental Management; b) understand and question the various concepts in these areas. From the point of view of technical skills students should a) know test in practice the principles, apprehended instruments and concepts (will be provided for this purpose, the analysis and discussion of real case studies); b) have acquired (or consolidated) ways of thinking, theory and practice in the area of implementation plans and environmental management, especially emphasizing its application in the context of public organizations.
