Teaching Methods

The teaching of this course unit is essentially based on an andragogic perspective. In other words, it will focus on the students’ expressed interests and on how such interests relate to those topics that internationally tend to be considered central to Analysis and Strategic Decision. 

Learning Outcomes

This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of strategic analysis to formulate and decide the organisation’s strategy. Students are expected to develop conceptual skills of strategic analysis which enable organisation competitiveness to be established on a higher analytical ability. Students are also expected to develop their leadership and team work skills, as well as their technical skills while using various analytical and problem solving models.
