Theoretical-practical classes, covering: 1) Presentation of content for each topic using audiovisual media; 2) Resolution of problems (case study) using practical application exercises.
Learning Outcomes
The aim is to teach students the concepts of quality management and TQM, the main approaches and models of quality management and organisational excellence, as well as knowledge of quality measurement and assessment tools in public and private organisations. The aim is for students to master the basic concepts of quality management, as well as the most influential authors, to learn about the models and systems of quality management and organisational excellence, to know how to apply the instruments and metrics for quality assessment in practical cases from the life of modern organisations, thus enhancing the student's analytical and critical skills.
