Administrative Law, Administrative Organization, EU Law, Public Finance; Public Policies.

Teaching Methods

Classes are interactive, expository. There are classes in which the instructor takes on the role of facilitator in the discussion. Students are required to prepare classes in advance by reading the assigned material. Preparation and presentation of research team work on analysis of decision-making procedures, contracts and (contractual and institutionalized) PPP’s are strongly encouraged.

Learning Outcomes

Students are expected to gain the skills needed to deal with decision-making procedures of classical and corporate Public Administration as well as Public Procurement-related activity, whether under the form of classical contract or public-private contracts, contractual or institutionalized partnerships, all this in a field of activity that takes nearly 18% of EU’s GDP.
