Teaching Methods

Theoretical-practical, with themes chosen by the professor, in agreement with the student, in order to allow them to explore the several dimensions of the program, following the initial explanation of investigative methods and relevant sources.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge of methodologies and sources of research. Application of methodologies, techniques, and sources in the field of regulation, the regulatory state, and independent regulation in Portugal and the European Union. Coordination with competition policy and institutions, at the national or EU level.
