Learning Outcomes

The fundamental goal of this course unit is to provide the students a first contact with the reality of Civil Engineering, with its organizations and corporations (which may be of any kind, namely design offices, construction, quality control and/or services companies) and with their activities. It is simultaneously intended that the students get familiar to collaborative work and it is thus required that they work in groups of 4 elements. Complimentarily, the students should attend talks on general subjects related to various knowledge domains.
