Presentation of the topics, its background, and resolution of implementation problems in the lectures.

Programming of practical work (drawings) which are distributed in class.

Use of drawing tools.

Discussion / clarification of questions regarding study or the finishing of work in the period of service.

Learning Outcomes

1. Understanding and execution of drawings following the rules. Representation of geometric shapes. Representation by views and perspectives.

2. Interpretation of the topographic surfaces and form to be represented. Applications on topographic surfaces, plans and lines. Layout in plan, longitudinal profile and cross section.

3. Graphical analysis in geometry with quotes.

Syllabus

1) Standardization in Technical Draw.

2) Fast perspectives (Pictorials).

3) Perspective projection.

4) Topographical Drawing. Notion of the topographic surface and form to be represented; Concepts of level lines; Intersection between topographic surfaces, planes and lines; Determination of a topographic profile; Applications to the analysis of a water line. Layout in plan, longitudinal and cross profiles.

5) Geometry with quotes. The line, the plane and the point in geometry with quotes; Helper methods in geometry with quotes. Method of introducing a vertical plane of projection and the method of axis of rotation. Graphic problems in geometry with quotes.
