Teaching Methods
Classes are organized to be interactive, containing essentially theoretical and practical components. Literary, philosophical and social themes are selected according to their relevance. During the classes, students will be encouraged to understand some important aspects of Chinese literature. Special attention will be given to the philosophical and historical background of Chinese literature.
Learning Outcomes
This course aims to present some fundamental aspects of Chinese language and literature, from Antiquity to Modernity. The course enables students to have an overview of Chinese literature, as well as develop their reading skills in order to appreciate some classical works.

7. Dialogues between Chinese and Portuguese literature.
