Each student will conduct an individual work of literature based on a topic of current interest, using the Internet as a source of updated information and seeking other appropriate sources of information and analyze a scientific paper which will be presented orally.

Learning Outcomes

The aim of this course is to get training in an area of great practical importance, with emphasis on the parts of the chemical quality and water treatment, to know and be able to interpret some legislation.

Skills developed: understanding and use of concepts in chemistry, application of knowledge; to  know adequately communicate the knowledge acquired and to interpret data critically as well as legislation.
