Teaching Methods

Exposure of key contents, for each subject, using audiovisual systems. Discussion in small groups or larger group reflection. The participatory methodology seeks to create conditions so that students know how to use critically the concepts presented in the context of Public Administration.

Learning Outcomes

Understand the concepts of Innovation and Knowledge Management and apply them in the context of Public Administration.

Improve skills, develop and update knowledge of Public Administration through models associated with innovation and knowledge management.

Understanding challenges in Public Administration related with Innovation and Knowledge Management.

Develop the ability to collect, organize and critically examine related contents of innovation and knowledge management in Public Administration and communicate proposals/findings for the improvement of public services.
