1. A basic approach to the concept of Law; social order – the “normative” orders
2. The legal order


a) First distinctions: Nation, State, Law

b) Subjective structures: subjective rights

c) Objective structures: the legal norm; the legal (private and public) protection

d) Sources of the Law; branches of the Law, main codifications

3. Goals the Law; foundations of the Law
4. Law methodology


a) Methodological guidelines

b) Legal technique: interpretation and integration

c) Legal application in time and space.
