Teaching Methods

Theoretical and practical lectures on the topics, in dialogue with students. Continuous evaluation, based on students’ in class participation and two written tests (two hours each).

Learning Outcomes

The course aims to provide students with the basic concepts of private and public law, focusing on the principles, legal constructs and fundamental rules of civil law.
