General goal
Investigate the impact that individual, group and systemic processes have on behavior within organizations to develop capacity for analysis and intervention in the organizational context.
specific objectives
Students should:
- Predict, explain and understand the key processes that influence behavior in a changing world;
- Reflect and identify, in a critical way, the relationship between the processes - individual, of groups and systemic - and organizational effectiveness;
- Understand the dynamics between different levels of analysis of organizational behavior;
- Devellop intervention skills, in terms of processes in order to gain competitive advantage and value creation in organizations;
- Awakening to the human side of organizations.
