Teaching Methods

The teaching methodologies applied are the following:

Expositive. Active, through the presentation and discussion of practical works, through the execution of practical exercises, through the analysis and discussion of case studies and through the reading of selected texts. Collaborative, through the execution of works developed in group.

Learning Outcomes

i. Familiarize students with the fundamental concepts of Supply Chain Management.

ii. Learn supply management and supply chain network design concepts.

iii. Develop analytic, modelling and decision making skills for the evaluation of alternative purchasing

management policies

iv. Enhance analytic, modelling and decision making skills concerning the supply chain network design problem.

v. Familiarize students with decision support models for the supply chain network design.
