Learning Outcomes

The objective of the Portuguese-Brazilian Private Law course is to provide Students with the concepts, institutes and essential framework of Portuguese and Brazilian Private Law issues. The course will chiefly pore over the Civil and Commercial Law of both countries, by confronting their respective solutions.
