Teaching Methods
This unit is a project-oriented course in which students work as teams of consultants to support a given client to solve a real business challenge. Group of students work together on a given project for the whole duration of the course, in direct contact with the client organization and with the supervision of a professor.
Learning Outcomes
Objectives
Provide students a direct contact with an organization and an opportunity to solve a real business challenge, developing consulting competencies.
Competencies
At the end of the course, students are expected to have a solid knowledge the consulting process. They should be able to mobilize and apply management knowledge acquired during the rest of the MBA program and to solve a business challenge in a structured and coordinated manner.
