Learning Outcomes

The need to establish dynamic and operational bridges between Knowledge and Society - Transfer of Knowledge - justifies the proposal to create a course with these features, within an area (SIG- TIG) that has a vast potential market without administrative boundaries, and in which students may create their own employment. The course aims to:

- Sensitize students to values like innovation and entrepreneurship, and the creation of knowledge-based enterprises;

- Sensitize students to the importance of entrepreneurship - autonomy and boldness - in the creation and/or development of their academic or professional activity after graduation;

- Stimulate the innovative spirit and creativity as catalysts for successful entrepreneurship;

- Encourage the creation of spin -off / start-up (geo)technology-based enterprises, in a process involving teachers, researchers and students, as well as the institutional support of the UC's incubator - IPN.
