Learning Outcomes

The thesis project is a text in which PhD students lay down the subject matters they intend to investigate, their relevance in the current state of knowledge, the method they intend to use and a detailed schedule for their work.

The thesis project course is intended to enable students determine the topics they will investigate, establish the core issues to be tackled in the thesis and examine the state of the art in that area.

Successful completion of the course will entail that the student will have gained research skills and the ability to define a research prospectus as well as a systematized solution to a specific legal topic.
