Exposition, exploration and discussion of themes and specific examples of juridical materials starting from accompanied readings in class
Learning Outcomes
The aims of this course focuse on the reflection on the differences and similarities of cultural original matrices and in the parallel developments of the contemporary Portuguese and Chinese legal systems, looking for a historical investigation of the nucleares issues of the perspectivation of the creation of law, of legal thinking and of the practical realization of law.
Students shall understand law matrices of Portuguese Law and Chinese Law and have a comparative knowledge of the sources of Law, the doctrinal trends and the transformations undergone in both legal systems.

7. Comparative reflexive synthesis.
