Learning Outcomes

This course will enable students to:

- identify the place and position of the Portuguese territory;

- become acquainted with the major sociodemographic changes that have occurred in Portugal from the beginning of the 20th century;

- understand and discuss the geographical importance of economic activities and transport for the structuring of the country.
