Teaching Methods
The methodologies used are essentially active and participatory, using the presentation of real situations in video, reflection and discussion about them, group dynamics and role play to practice strategies, exploration of content and materials, and, to consolidate information, the presentation of contents. Since this is a Training Workshop also includes the discussion and support to the application of the content in the professional practice of the trainees.
Learning Outcomes
The objectives targeted by this training are the development of strategies and skills, within the objectives of the program Incredible Years Years, which will enable trainees to promote:
- In children increased self-esteem, motivation, ability to solve problems, social and academic skills, obedience and personal and collective responsibility
- In children the reduction of disobedience, of impulsive, disruptive, defiant and violent behaviors and non- motivation
- The active involvement of families in the education of the child in an educational context.

Continous Assessment
The evaluation is done continuously through: The development of individual behavior plans for some children and their application and The registration between workshop sessions, of the responses of children to the implemented strategies and The generation of "good news" messages to increase communication and trust with children family: 100.0%
