Teaching Methods

The seminars will emphasize active methods of teaching and learning notwithstanding times presentation and deepening of the specific content by teachers. Work on b-learning system combining classroom sessions with synchronous sessions. A schedule of activities and intermediate papers will be undertaken by students but always related to the own research. The site of discipline shall be used as support

Learning Outcomes

The Thesis Seminar IV aims to provide further support to the elaboration of the thesis, especially with regard to the processing and data analysis, and at the same time to establish itself as a collective forum for discussion of the work process of each doctoral student

At the end of the course students should be able to discuss and analyze in an articulated, critical and reflective manner data obtained via empirical research

From Data to conclusions

1. Procedures for data collection

2. The readout of the data. Empirical objectivity and dialogues with the theory

3. The data communication to the scientific community and third parts: academic exigencies
