Teaching Methods

The curricular unit will focus teaching-learning active methods without prejudice of moments and times of deepening specific content presentation by the teachers.

Will be established in the first class a schedule of activities, syllabus and assessment.

Will established a time for tutorial activities, which may take various forms.

Learning Outcomes

- To debate criticaly the main current theoretical perspectives of public policy analysis;

- To debate the models of public policies analysis and its application to the field of Social Policy

- To analyze and debate the potential of theoretical and instrumental frameworks of public policy in the Social Policy realm relevant to social work.

At the end of Course PhD students should be able to understand the fundamentals of analysis and determination of public policies, as well as critically discuss the role to be assumed by social work in this area.
