Teaching Methods

Teaching with alternation between direct instruction and reflection work and production of knowledge and tools.

Sessions emphasizing group work, application of knowledge and its critical analysis, resulting planning instruments / design substantiated and / or reports of critical analysis that application;

Promotes the autonomy and problem solving by students, aiming the integration between practical and theoretical contents of the course

Learning Outcomes

The curricular unit is conceived as a space in which different knowledge converge to critical thinking, the characterization of situations and application of knowledges, so that by the end of their frequency, the student should be able to:

- Organizing teaching and learning to promote physical activity and individual sports contents, adapting and developing unique didactics and a curricular solutions of instruction, planning and organization of the class appropriate to the social and cultural contexts and national programs of the discipline.

- Use research data related to education and to pupils development that allows the in-service student to understand the relationship between social inequalities and educational outcomes and adopt varied teaching strategies appropriate to the social diversity, personal and motor skills of pupils.

Syllabus

1. Analysis of PNEF and its vertical and horizontal articulation of different programmatic levels in individual sports.

2. Pedagogical Intervention: quality criteria and notions of effectiveness in individual sports.

3. Differentiation of teaching - strategies, possibilities and constraints. Contextualization of the development of physical condition.

4. Planning, realization and observation / analysis of teaching in a simulated context in Mini-trampoline jumping Acrobatic gymnastics, Dance, Badminton and Skating.

5. Construction of planning proposals under the three levels of planning: annual plan, period or cycle plan and classe´s plan, using the contents of those individual sports.
