Syllabus

[1] Theoretical model: sport; physical condition; health. Interconnections of concepts; [2] components of health related fitness: cardiorespiratory; morphology; muscle-skeletal; percetivo-kinetics; metabolic; [3] epidemiology of physical activity and health in school context; [4] levels of prevention: primordial; primary; secondary; tertiary; quaternary; [5] general and specific principles of prescription for health; [6] physical activity and cardiovascular risk; [7] evaluation of physical fitness in school context. Application of batteries of tests. Interpretation of results.
